METHOD FOR PROGNOSTICATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF MENSTRUAL CYCLE LUTEAL PHASE INSUFFICIENCY AND ANOVULATION IN THE HIV-INFECTED REPRODUCTIVE AGE-WOMEN

A method for prognostication of development of menstrual cycle luteal phase insufficiency and anovulation in the HIV-infected reproductive age-women is carried out by examination of blood lymphocytes. Additionally the content of lymphocytes with an antigen marker is determined and their coefficient of CD4/CD8 and content of МЕР 1&bgr; factor in blood are calculated. The decline of CD4/CD8 lymphocyte coefficient lower than 0.8 (norm is ≥ 1.0) and МЕР 1&bgr; lower than 110 pg/ml (norm is ≥ 130 pg/ml) are features of development of luteal phase insufficiency, and decline of CD4/CD8 lymphocyte coefficient lower than 0.5 (norm is ≥ 1.0) and МЕР 1&bgr; lower than 75 pg/ml (norm is ≥ 130 pg/ml) are features of development of anovulation development.
