The filter has a cleaning down pipe (1) comprising a pipe sieve (4) supported on a pipe sieve holder (6). The down pipe has a down pipe cover (5) temporally guided in vertical profiles in U-shape to prevent leakage of rain water from the down pipe. The cover has recessed edges with height of 10 millimeters at a lower end of the cover and acting as an aquifer system. The pipe sieve is centrally supported at a reducer (2), and an annular cross-section is provided between the pipe sieve and the down pipe in ground, where water flows through the annular cross-section.
