Method for improvement of determination of general content of pigments of NOR- and PSE- pig meat with photometric method at wavelength 540-545 nm includes use of 5.0-5.2 g of milled meat weight and washing deposit with solution of chloracetone with mass part 80 %. Milled weight of meat is poured with acetone, with homogenizing, additional of concentrated hydrochloric acid, with soaking in dark place. After that one filters the mix and washes deposit. At that one fills volume in measuring flask with distillated water to given value with following measurement of intensity of dyeing on photoelectric photometer in cuvette.
