RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR TIRE TREAD

摘要

A rubber composition for tire tread is provided to ensure excellent handling stability on a wet road and excellent wear performance and to improve rotational resistance by replacing styrene-butadiene rubber with solution-polymerized butadiene rubber with high vinyl content. A rubber composition for tire tread comprises butadiene rubber of 15-70 parts by weight based on base rubber 100.0 parts by weight. The butadiene rubber is the solution-polymerized butadiene rubber which has vinyl content of 75-90 %, average molecular weight of 700,000-900,000 and molecular weight distribution of 1.5-2.5. The rubber composition comprises silica as reinforcing filler.
