A dyeing method of non-twisted yarns capable of manufacturing non-twisted yarn fabric is provided to produce a product of various patterns by combining the non-twisted yarns of various colors by maintaining PAV yarns naturally after dyeing. A dyeing method of non-twisted yarn fabric comprises the following steps of: moistening and dipping yarns combined with PVA yarns in a solution in which a great strength moisturizing agent of 1-3 g/l, a fabric conditioner of 2-4 g/l, and water of 800-1,000 parts by weight are injected; processing the yarns with low temperature-typed reactive dye at 35-45 °C for 5 ~ 15 minutes; processing the yarns with a fixing agent at 35-42 °C for 40 ~ 60 minutes; soaping the yarns at 35-45 °C after washing; processing the yarns with a cation softening agent of concentration of 15-20 g/l; and dissolving the PVA yarns through a bleaching process after dyeing and weaving of the yarns. |
