A sub-door opening and shutting device of a machining center is provided to improve convenience of a worker by opening a sub-door automatically when the main-door of a machining center is opened and closing the sub-door automatically when the main-door of a machining center. A sub-door opening and shutting device of a machining center comprises a machining center(10) in which an opening(21) is formed on a top plate(20); a main door(30) opening and closing while moving rectilinearly, installed in the machining center; a sub-door(40) in which a cam guide(41) with a cam surface on its bottom is arrange, hinged to one side of the top plate, installed to be opened and closed vertically; and a cam roller(46) compressing a cam surface and opening the sub door upwards, installed in the top of the main door, sliding on the cam guide.
