A self-generated hand-signal equipment using light-emitting diodes is provided to display a complex signal systematically by using three colors LED(Light Emitting Diode) and a speaker. A self-generated hand-signal equipment using light-emitting diodes includes a generating unit and heating unit(2), a charge unit, a controller and a display unit(3), an LED group unit(1), and an offset units(4,5). The generating unit generates electricity, and the charge unit charges the charge battery. The controller controls the output connected to various signals. The display unit outputs whistle and warning through the speaker, and the heating unit heats a handle by a heating element.
