An optical information recording medium is provided to shorten the recording time until forming recording mark at the range of record and improve the record rate. An optical information recoding medium comprises: a recoding mark which absorbing a record light based on the wavelength of recording light; and based on the light modulation of reading light, a recorder layer having an activated recording region by the irradiation of activation light to a curing agent resin.
