An apparatus for blanking a printed circuit board is provided to reduce error of blanking the substrate by controlling the angle and the posture of an upper mode and a lower mold. A supporting frame is installed at an upper side of a base frame(10) to be rotatable while supporting the upper mold and lower mold to a base frame. A rotation-guiding member(35) is fixed to a base frame, and a rotation-guiding member guides the rotation of the supporting frame. A substrate transfer unit(20) is installed at the base frame and moves the substrate to X and Y direction of the base frame.
