A set of a polarizing plate, a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to improve an irregular color due to a phase difference of an oriented polyethylene terephthalate film. A set of a polarizing plate for a liquid crystal panel comprises a first polarizing plate(20) and a second polarizing plate(30). The first polarizing plate has a first polarizing film(21) and an oriented polyethylene terephthalate film(25). The first polarizing film is made of polyvinyl alcohol resin. The oriented polyethylene terephthalate film is laminated on one side of the first polarizing film. The second polarizing plate includes a second polarizing film(31) and an oriented polyethylene terephthalate film(35). The set of the polarizing plate has an anti-glare film having a haze value of 5~80%. The second polarizing film is made of polyvinyl alcohol resin. The oriented polyethylene terephthalate film is laminated on one side of the second polarizing film.
