A complex light guide film module is provided to deliver a light to a light guide film by a whole refraction and to reduce light loss. A complex light guide film module(100) includes a light guide film(10) and a refraction element(40). The light guide film includes a light diffusion structure(30) arranged on a first surface(12) of the light guide film. The refraction element includes at least one or more refraction structures(41). The light diffusion structure includes a plurality of micro concave lenses arranged into a first direction and a second direction in order to form a second cubic array. A curvature of each concave lens and a junction of the concave lens are different from zero. A light of a light source passes through the refraction element, and is refracted to the light diffusion structure. The light passing through the light diffusion structure is refracted to the light guide film, and is delivered to the light guide film by a whole refraction.
