<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for predicting the time to complete an uncompleted matter for each worker in a work flow system for electronically defining, managing and executing the flow or procedure of work. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of the estimated working time of the worker set for each node in business process definition and the mean processing time of work calculated from the past data completed by the worker, a current difference between the working time and the estimated working time for deciding the progress of the work and a predicted end-of-work time are calculated, and displayed on the display screen of a client terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
