PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative picture frame kit for pressed flower etc. which can form a closed space for receiving an artistic work of a pressed flower etc. together with a desiccating agent or a deoxidizer, and is very convenient for changing the artistic work of pressed flower etc., and besides, is low priced and reusable. SOLUTION: This decorative picture frame kit is for decoratively arranging and preserving artistic works of the pressed flower, a pressed leaf, etc. In addition, the frame kit is formed of a moisture-proof back board, a transparent front board with moisture-proof properties, an elastic sealing member which is interposed between the peripheral edge part of the back board and the peripheral edge part of the front board and forms a closed space for receiving the artistic work, a preservative such as the desiccant or the deoxidizer between the back board and the front board, and a pinching member which pinches a space between the peripheral edge part of the back board and the peripheral edge part of the front board to each other under pressure through the elastic sealing member, and retains the frame body of the formed decorative picture frame to the proper shape.
