PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rising aid implement capable of preventing the large change of an actual seat surface as much as possible even at a sitting position of a chair or the like. SOLUTION: The rising aid implement includes an expansion bag 11 which forms a hollow cylindrical shape, keeps a flat and thin state of being folded into two when air is not supplied to an inner cavity 11a and expands to spread in a chevron shape with a fold as a boundary to thereby increase the upper surface height and upper surface inclination by air supply to the inner capacity, and an air supply/exhaust port provided on the expansion bag so as to be communicated with the inner cavity. Consequently, the large change of the actual seat surface is prevented as much as possible even when the rising aid implement 10 is placed at the sitting position of the chair or the like, and there is no risk of giving mental and physical fatigue to a user due to the feeling of incompatibility in a sitting posture caused by the change of the actual seat surface.
