IMPROVEMENT OF SECRETION PRODUCTION OF PROTEIN BY FILAMENTOUS FUNGUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expression vector for a filamentous fungus for improving secretion production of a protein derived from the filamentous fungus.

SOLUTION: The expression vector for the filamentous fungus includes protein genes acting under the control of a promoter sequence functioning in the filamentous fungus and being (i) a gene a part of the sequence of which is substituted with a specific base sequence, or (ii) a gene to the sequence of which a specific base sequence is inserted. The transformant of the filamentous fungus contains the expression vector. The production method of the protein includes collecting the protein expressed in the transformant.
