PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet that can appropriately exhibit its functions and excellent in the weather resistance without peeling even in a high temperature and high humidity environment. SOLUTION: The optical sheet 10, 30, 40, 50 is placed in an observer's side of an image light source 2 and includes a plurality of layers that control the light from the image light source to exit to the observer's side. The sheet includes an optical functional sheet layer 11 having prism portions 12, 12 ..., transmissive to light and arranged along the sheet surface and light absorbing portions 13, 13 ..., absorptive to light and arranged between the prism portions, and a pair of layer bodies 18, 20 formed to be larger than the optical functional sheet layer in both of longitudinal and lateral directions and sandwiching the optical functional sheet layer, the portions of the pair of layer bodies extending from the optical functional sheet layer being adhered to each other.
