The arrangement (1) has an internal area for receiving of water vapor-air-mixture. A cooling device is arranged at an outer side of the internal area, where the internal area has a main chamber (2) and a set of auxiliary chambers (11) connected with the main chamber. The cooling device has ventilation elements, where each auxiliary chamber is attached to a group of ventilation elements. A side pipe (7) is connected with the main chamber, where a cross-sectional diameter of the side pipe tapers in an axial direction.
