<p>A food dehydrator is provided to prevent the orders of the food by collecting food dehydrator from the food with a rotational basis ventilation method utilizing refrigerant. A food dehydrator comprises: a closure covered with a lid(12); a compressor mounted inside the closure to compress the refrigerant; a cooler(30) captivating the heat from the surrounding by using the refrigerant supplied from the compressor; a condensation receiver(32) connected in a drainpipe(11) formed on the closure; a heater(40) adding the heat to the surrounding by using the refrigerant captivating the heat of the surrounding while passing through the cooler; a temperature controller(50) returning the refrigerant to the compressor while cooling; a ventilation fan installed at the right side of the closure inside; a water tub installed on the center of the closure and having a waterspout protrusion(73); a wicker tray(74) separated from the waterspout protrusion of the water tub to contain the food; and a blade(31) to condensate the water included in the cooler.</p> |
