PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimping terminal for an aluminum wire that easily and reliably strikes a balance between the reduction in contact resistance of an aluminum wire conductor with the terminal and the securement of the crimping strength of the terminal. SOLUTION: The crimping terminal 10 for the aluminum wire, crimped on the aluminum wire 1 having the conductor 2 in which a plurality of strands 3 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy are twisted, includes: a bottom plate 20 on which the conductor 2 is placed; a pair of conductor swaging pieces 21 that is adjacently provided on the bottom plate 20 and is swaged to the conductor 21 so as to sandwich the conductor 2 on the bottom plate 20; and an elastic piece 24 for pushing the conductor 2, which is placed on the inside of a conductor receiving portion 13 formed with the bottom plate 20 and the pair of conductor swaging pieces 21.
