PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier sufficiently preventing breakage of a water vapor permeation film due to freezing, and also to provide a separator plate used in the same.

SOLUTION: This separator plate for the humidifier is provided with a high humidity-side flow channel groove 3 extending in a state of connecting a high humidity-side inlet 63 to a high humidity-side outlet 64 on one of main faces 1A, and a bottom portion of the high humidity-side flow channel groove 3 has a capillary structure 7.
