PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrodynamic coupling device having a friction disc held by a linking element for directly connecting a turbine wheel to a flange of a damper plate. SOLUTION: This hydrodynamic coupling device has a rotary shaft B, a torque converter 12 having the turbine wheel 22 rotationally mounted around a rotary driven shaft, a circumferential damping device 40 having the damper plate 42 with a radial flange 44 rotationally linked to this turbine wheel without a play together with the turbine wheel 22 by a connecting element 62, and rotationally linked to this shaft together with the driven shaft having a circumferential damping part, and a locking clutch 14 having at least one annular friction discs 56A and 56B slidable axially which rotates together with the flange 44 of the damper plate 42. The friction discs 56A and 56B are held by the connecting element 62 which directly connects the turbine wheel 22 to the flange 44 of the damper plate 42. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
