PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance rigidity of a case to support both ends of a differential gear without special reinforcement followed by increase in weight in a motor power device. SOLUTION: A transmission case for housing a reduction gear 12 and a differential gear 13 of the motor power device includes a first case 16 connected to a motor case 18, and a second case 14 connected to a first case 16. A left end part of the differential gear 13 is supported in the second case 14, and the right end part is supported in a third case 24 connected to the inside surface of the second case 14. Both ends of a support shaft 90 to pivot a parking pole 91 of a parking mechanism 89 is supported in the first case 16 and the third case 24 in a direction in which the differential gear 13 receives a load from the reduction gear 13, then the first case 16 and the third case 24 are integrally connected by the support shaft 90 so as to enhance rigidity of the third case 24.
