PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid fuel which is easy in ignition, flaming all around and stable in combustion, is reduced in the time for getting sufficient firepower and improved in fast-response of heating. SOLUTION: An ignition layer FB formed by mixing an igniting agent T and an adhesive Bb with a powder Pb comprising hemp as a carbonized product of a plant is attached on one surface of a fuel main body FA formed by adding a binder Ba to a granule Pa comprising charcoal as a carbonized product of a plant and molded to be platy, plural through-holes 1 continuing from the fuel main body FA to the ignition layer FB are formed, and many small holes 2 are formed on the surface side of the ignition layer FB.
