PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel photopolymerizable unsaturated compound which can form a photopolymerizable resin composition with a radical polymerization initiator. SOLUTION: The photopolymerizable unsaturated compound is prepared by reacting a hydroxyl group of a di(meth)acrylate and tetracarboxylic dianhydride, to prepare an oligomer, and then blocking the terminal hydroxyl group with dicarboxylic anhydride, the di(meth)acrylate being represented by the general formula (1) (wherein, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each independently a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R<SB>3</SB>, R<SB>4</SB>, R<SB>5</SB>and R<SB>6</SB>are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, or a phenyl group which may have a substituent; R<SB>7</SB>and R<SB>8</SB>are each independently an alkylene group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms; and A is a residue of a diacid chloride).
