<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit for driving an active matrix driving display device that can improve display characteristics, and a liquid crystal display device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The driver circuit 130 includes a plurality of driving stages and a dummy stage. The plurality of driving stages are cascade-connected by having their output terminals coupled to control terminals of previous stages, and output switching element driving signals in order to a plurality of driving signal lines coupled to switching elements formed on pixels arrayed in a matrix form. The dummy stage has its dummy output terminal coupled to the control terminal of the final stage among the plurality of driving stages and to the dummy control terminal of itself, respectively. Therefore, various signals provided for the gate driver circuit can be prevented from being delayed to enhance display characteristics of the liquid crystal display device 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
