PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture with a good assemblability of a fixture body and shades in installing one at a ceiling or the like, and capable of preventing the shades from falling off the fixture body even if the body and the shades are not fixed by a fixing means. SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 100, in fixing the shades 500R, 500L to the fixture body 200, has extended pieces 520a, 520b of the shades 500R, 500L retained by flange parts 222R, 222L fitted at front and rear each of the fixture body 200, later with the flange parts 222R, 222L and the extended pieces 520a, 520b fixed with a screw 700. With this, the fixture body 200 and the shades 500R, 500L can be screwed down with the screw 700 without a user needing to hold the shades 500R, 500L with a hand, so that assemblability of the fixture body 200 and the shades 500R, 500L can be improved.
