<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing vine twining for a power-pole stay wire which will not slip down along a wire unnecessarily, even if it is fanned by wind and exhibits the required function of preventing vine twining, and to provide a wire fastener. <P>SOLUTION: The tool for preventing vine twining for a power-pole stay wire is constituted of a fixed shape, passed through a wire insertion hole 22, is slidable only in one direction along a wire D passed through the wire insertion hole 22, has an internally installed nipping and fastening mechanism 27 to be fixed on the wire D through sandwiching, is equipped with a friction reducing means 32 on the outer peripheral surface b1 to form a first wire fastener B1. The first tool A1 for preventing vine twining for a power-pole stay wire is equipped with a storage hollow part 16, that is passed through a wire insertion hole 14; communicates with the wire insertion hole 14 inside and stores the wire fastener B1 so that the wire fastener B1 fixed on the wire D by sandwiching is stored in the storage hollow part 16 so as to be brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface 16a through the friction reduction means 32; and only the first tool A1 for preventing vine twining for a power-pole stay wire attached to the wire D is rotated about the wire D as a center shaft line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
