PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which can efficiently specify a processing object image or document, using a marking, when reprinting processing of a stored image or document, deletion, duplication or movement thereof to other apparatus, or subsequent erasure thereof is performed. SOLUTION: An image processor specifies a processing object image or document and an apparatus storing it automatically, by printing a stored image with a marking, reading out a marking on an original printed by own apparatus or other apparatus and extracting an encoded image ID, sheet ID or document ID, and then referring to an ID management table.
