摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake emergency operation system for an elevator, controlling not only an elevator, but also fixtures of a building other than the elevator at the same time, based on an emergent earthquake advance report delivered from an information center, and to perform an optimum control according to the fixtures at low cost by changing a condition of earthquake intensity for executing a control when earthquakes occur between the elevator and the fixtures of building other than the elevator. SOLUTION: The earthquake emergency operation system for an elevator, comprises: a communication means 4a receiving the emergent earthquake advance report 1; a first control instruction means 4b outputting a control instruction for stopping the elevator at the nearest floor to stop operation of the elevator, when the predicted intensity of earthquake included in earthquake information of the received emergent earthquake advance report is predetermined first intensity or higher; and a second control instruction means 4e outputting a control instruction, for executing a predetermined control when earthquakes occur, to fixtures 7 of building other than the elevator, when the predicted intensity of earthquake included in the earthquake information of the received emergent earthquake advance report is predetermined second intensity or higher.
