PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the deformation of an outer panel of a vehicle body frame filled with a foam filler by improving a vehicle body frame structure. SOLUTION: The vehicle body frame structure formed with a closed cross-section space 24 of U-shaped cross sectional shape between the outer panel 21 of hat-shaped cross section and a center pillar stiffener 23 arranged inside the outer panel 21, has the foam filler 26 arranged in the closed cross-section space. In the center pillar stiffener 23, a plurality of fine through-holes 23j are bored in a bottom wall 23a and sidewalls 23b, 23c facing the closed cross-section space 24, excluding angular parts 23g, 23h between the bottom wall 23a and the sidewalls 23b, 23c.
