The damper has two disc parts rotating about a rotary axis relative to each other against a force of an energy storage (1). The energy storage has bars (3-6), which form a rhombic cage (2), where the ends of the bars are hingedly connected with each other. Two pivots (11, 13) are oppositely arranged in a circumferential direction of the disc parts and are stressable by respective disc parts. A spring element (17) is arranged between the pivots (12, 14), where the spring element is a tension spring (18) or a compression spring.
