<p>It is intended to provide shorts having a constitution whereby the exposed skin area can be freely determined while keeping on so that no additional physical or psychological burden is loaded on a wearer. Shorts wherein a nearly inverted triangular front cover (11) and a nearly inverted triangular back cover (12) are tied up together at the tops (13) of the individual nearly inverted triangles. Owing to this constitution, the lower abdomen and hips of the human body can be covered together by the front and back covers (11, 12). Further, a ring-shaped string (31) is passed in a freely slidable manner into string passages (19, 20) that are formed at the upper edges of the front and back covers (11, 12). Thus, both ends (21L, 21R, 22L, 22R) of the upper edges of the front and back covers (11, 12) are made slidable along the string (31) toward the center so that the shapes of the front and back covers (11, 12) can be changed to thereby cover the lower abdomen and hips of the human body while narrowing the width.</p> |
