<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a data code to be normally read even when a white smear portion and a dark image are generated in the image data of the data code. <P>SOLUTION: The device is equipped with an imaging device for iteratively imaging an area, including the data code, attached to a moving object and comprising, at least, a plurality of data blocks, a decoding part for decoding to each of, at least, the two image data acquired by iterative imaging by this imaging device, a decoding judging part for judging whether decoding result by the decoding part for each of the plurality of data blocks of at least two image data is allowed or not, and a decoding combination part for acquiring the final decoding result by combining the decoding data of each of the data blocks judged allowed to be decoded by this decoding judging part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
