<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the display state of input data or a setting dialog on a display screen, and to display the setting dialog at a proper position based on the result of decision. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system is provided with: a scanner device 120 for inputting data; and a PC 110 for display-outputting input data input by the scanner device 120 on the display screen of a large display 100. The PC 110 is provided with a display control part 114a for display-outputting the input data and a setting dialog for setting original reading conditions related with the input data to the display screen and a display state decision part 114b for deciding the display state of the input data and the setting dialog.
