PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrationproof foundation structure which reduces the vibration of the foundation of a structure supported by a steel pipe pile reaching a supporting ground. SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile 12A serving as a supporting member is driven into a supporting ground 10 that is an underlayer to a surface layer ground 16. The steel pipe pile 12A is a steel pipe concrete pile constructed by filling a steel pile with concrete. The upper end of the steel pipe pile 12A is joined to the bottom face of a vibrationproof structure 72 for reducing the vibration of a precision machine 37 to support the vibrationproof structure 72, which is so placed in a maintenance pit 20 formed by digging down the surface layer ground 16 that the vibrationproof structure 72 is kept separated from the interior of the maintenance pit 20 across a given gap. The vibrationproof structure 72 is thus isolated from the surface layer ground 16 via the maintenance pit 20. The steel pipe pile 12A is encircled with a cylindrical member 14 to form a double steel pipe pile 13, in which a gap d is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the inside steel pipe pile 12A and the inner peripheral surface of the outside cylindrical member 14.
