A server for calculating loan money through store account information per a payment route is provided to manage details to be received through a recording type account, thereby providing a short term loan. If a loan is applied with regard to a store account, a loan money calculating unit(1125) compares an intrinsic number included in transaction details related to store accounting of a recording type account ledger with an intrinsic number stored in a summary item of store account transaction details. Money details to be received per a payment route, which are not converted into payment transaction details, are checked among payment expectation details. The loan money calculating unit sums money to be received corresponding to the payment expectation details per the payment route. The loan money calculating unit applies a predetermined discount rate to the summed payment expectation money to calculate loan money.
