<p>A manufacturing method of an eccentric cone with a knuckle is disclosed. The manufacturing method includes marking portions, which are divided equally along 360 degrees of a circular shape formed by parts constituting the eccentric cone, on a raw material, and cutting the marked portions. Next, each of the cut parts is bent using a bending roller or a hydraulic press. The bent parts are welded to be joined together, thus providing an eccentric cone. The lower portion of a completed product is eccentrically mounted to a rotary table of a former. An upper knuckle is eccentrically formed using inner and outer hydraulic rollers. The upper portion of the completed product is eccentrically mounted to the rotary table of the former. A lower knuckle is eccentrically formed using the inner and outer hydraulic rollers.</p> |
