PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain efficiency of pipe washing work by eliminating a foreign material such as sediment in an upstream piping produced by piping work, using an auxiliary pipe with a strainer function mounted when making a water passing test at the end of waterworks. SOLUTION: A water pipe connected to water service piping has strainer functions at both ends to eliminate mixed contaminants or the like upstream of water piping. As the strainer, the strainer of large mesh is used upstream to intercept large contaminants or the like, and the strainer of small mesh is used downstream to intercept small contaminants or the like, thus avoiding a water passing failure caused by plugging of contaminants of the strainers.
