摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix lock cases by preventing a lock case tightening load from being directly applied to a glass opening/closing body to prevent the glass opening/closing body from being damaged and the lock cases from being deformed. SOLUTION: This fixing structure of a rim lock comprises: a pair of lock cases 21a, 21b which hold the glass opening/closing body 11b from the front and rear sides; a stud nut 301 having a base end fixed to one lock case 21b, inserted into the other lock case 11a through the glass opening/closing body 11b, and having a female screw in the top end surface; a cantilevered fixing plate 305 having a base end fixed to the inside of the other lock case 21a and having a freed top end; and a fitting screw 321 screwed to the female screw of the stud nut 305 through the tightening gap formed between the top end of the cantilevered fixing plate 305 and the top end surface of the stud nut 301 and the top end of the cantilevered fixing plate 305.
