PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution slip of excellent printing aptitude causing no loss of a material. SOLUTION: This distribution slip is a distribution slip constituted of two sheets arranged with an adhesive sheet on a reverse face of a distribution slip part, in the first sheet divided into the distribution slip part and an article specification with a payment slip in a separation planned part, and arranged with a post card sheet on a reverse face of the article specification with the payment slip, the adhesive sheet and the distribution slip are bonded via a pseudo-adhesive structure part formed over the whole face of the distribution slip part, and the post card sheet and the article specification with the payment slip are bonded via a reseparable and rebondable adhesive formed over the whole face in one side of a folding-planned part formed in the central part of the post card sheet, so as to provide the distribution slip.
