Disclosed is a conductive adhesive film for use in the electrical connection between a surface electrode of a solar cell and a wire member. The conductive adhesive film comprises an insulating adhesive agent (2) and a conductive particle (1). When an average particle diameter of the conductive particle (1) is expressed by r (mum) and the thickness of the conductive adhesive film is expressed by t (mum), a (t/r) value ranges from 0.75 to 17.5. The content of the conductive particle (1) is 1.7 to 15.6% by volume relative to the total volume of the conductive adhesive film.
