PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheathing board for an end form, which facilitates visual observation of a filling state of concrete in a concrete placement space by the operator on an end side when lining concrete is placed on an internal wall surface of a tunnel, and can drain bleeding water etc. generated during placement of the concrete, from the placement space. SOLUTION: The sheathing board 21 for the end form is for use in the end form for blocking an end face of the concrete placement space in which the lining concrete is placed on the internal wall surface of the tunnel. The sheathing board 21 is made of a transparent material so that the operator can visually observe the interior of the placement space from outside, and characterized by having two or more drain holes 23 formed therein, for draining bleeding water in the placement space to the outside.
