A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) having pressure-sensitive adhesiveness on both sides, a first release liner (1) and a second release liner (2) which have been superposed respectively on the pressure-sensitive adhesive surfaces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3), and a sheet-form pickup tab (4) disposed on the exposed surface of the first release liner (1) or second release liner (2) through a bonding member. The whole peripheral edges of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) coincide with the whole peripheral edges of the first release liner (1) and the whole peripheral edges of the second release liner (2), and the edges of the first release liner (1) or second release liner (2) at least partly coincide with the edges of the pickup tab (4). This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet can be produced through simple steps, can be easily positioned, and is easily released.
