<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in operation confirmation of each terminal device by suppressing network congestion in the operation confirmation of the terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: An operation confirming apparatus 100 divides a group of terminal devices 200 into (n) pieces of blocks and transmits a confirmation message to the terminal devices 200 of the blocks. When a response message is received from any one of terminal devices 200 which cannot receive the response message in first reception, the operation confirming apparatus 100 decides occurrence of congestion, extends a cycle and transmits the confirmation message. Then, a terminal device 200 from which no response is obtained even after the confirmation message is transmitted predetermined times, is decided as a non-operating terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
