PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly determine a connection condition such as user information adaptively to a connected network. SOLUTION: This invention concerns a communication server which stores a communication terminal and may be connected to a plurality of sorts of other communication servers. The communication server comprises: a connection condition management part for managing a plurality of sorts of connection conditions adapted to one or more other communication servers so as to correspond to all other communication servers; an opposite communication server information management part for managing information related to other communication servers, which includes index information to be linked to any one of the connection conditions managed in the connection condition management part in each of the other communication servers; and a service scenario function part for taking out the connection condition managed by the connection condition management part through the opposite communication server information management part when a communication signal is received from any one of the other communication servers or when a communication signal is sent to any one of the other communication servers, and for executing processing corresponding to the connection condition.
