PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating method of photocatalyst-containing powder coating which maintains the antifouling action of a photocatalyst for a practical term using the photocatalyst-containing powder coating, and to provide a powder coating product. SOLUTION: The powder coating method of the photocatalyst-containing powder coating comprises applying a powder coating to the substrate 12 using the photocatalyst-containing powder coating which contains a photocatalyst 18 and a binder 20, and depositing a photocatalyst power coating film 14 over the surface of the substrate 12. A resin that is easy to decompose by means of the photocatalyst is selected as the binder 20. The film thickness of the photocatalyst powder coating film 14 is set between 1.5 times or more of the annual wear thickness based on the breakdown action of the photocatalyst through the value to multiply the same by the number of the substrate demand durable a year.
