PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread for plastic operation with which the flap or wrinkles or the like of the skin can be effectively removed even after a plasatic operation and collagen, that generates the strength of the skin and exhibits a moisture retaining effect can be possitively fixed at the position. SOLUTION: On the outer peripheral surface of a linearly extending thread main body 10, a plurality of short reverse threads 10b are formed at prescribed intervals so as to draw a circle roughly radially and a film body 10c is integrally disposed so as to surround the reverse threads 10b.
