PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support system capable of recognizing an accurate slip degree of a road that can be used eve in various vehicle states, a driving support method and a computer program. SOLUTION: When a vehicle 3 being a probe car detects a tire slip, information about the model of a tire to be mounted is transmitted together with information of a slip point as probe information to a probe center 2, the probe center 2 that has received the probe information sets a congestion degree about each link constituting a map by taking account of the model of the tire to statistically process the received probe information, and the vehicle 3 to which the set congestion degree is distributed from the probe center 2 performs driving support on the basis of the congestion degree of the link.
