PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric film that hardly suffers from creep even when repeatedly used and affords a large displacement quantity with a relatively small applied voltage, and to provide an actuator, a sensor and a transducer each being excellent in durability and stability. SOLUTION: The dielectric film is obtained by crosslinking a rubber composition comprising (A) a polymer, bearing an alkenyl group and a hydroxy group, other than polydimethylsiloxane and (B) a crosslinking agent capable of forming a siloxane bond. The thus-obtained dielectric film is interveningly provided between at least one pair of electrodes in any one of an actuator, a sensor and a transducer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
