PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure for an automobile glass sunroof equipped with a center reinforcement member capable of being lightened while having high rigidity and also capable of securing head clearance of a room interior of the automobile. SOLUTION: In the reinforcement structure for the automobile glass sunroof of the present invention, one end side of the center reinforcement member and a roof panel are hit-point connected at a plurality of positions in a width direction of the glass sunroof, one end side of the center reinforcement member, the roof panel, and a glass frame of the glass sunroof are bolt-connected at a plurality of positions in the width direction of the glass sunroof. and the other end side of the center reinforcement member is hit-point connected to a slope section of the roof panel behind the glass sunroof at a plurality of positions in the width direction of the glass sunroof.
